before your first clean.
If your agent identifies a cleaning issue within the agreed scope, we’ll arrange a return visit to address it at no extra cost, subject to the booking terms. The guarantee covers our cleaning work; it does not cover property damage, fair wear and tear, unpaid rent or other tenancy matters.
Yes, oven interiors, trays and racks can be included in your end of lease cleaning plan, along with the stovetop and rangehood. Tell us about any additional ovens or combination appliances when requesting a quote.
Carpet steam cleaning is an optional service. Let us know the number of carpeted rooms, hallways and stairs, plus any stains or pet odours, so it can be quoted alongside your clean.
Your quote depends on the service, property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition and any extras. We agree on the scope and price before work begins.
Remove furniture, personal belongings and rubbish unless otherwise agreed. Keep electricity and water connected, arrange access and parking, and share your agent’s cleaning checklist or any particular concerns.
You can arrange access in advance or meet the team at the property. Let us know about keys, parking, lift bookings and building requirements. A final walk-through can help confirm the agreed work is complete.
We offer regular home cleaning, one-off deep cleans, end of lease cleaning and commercial cleaning. The scope of your clean is tailored to your space and priorities.
